In his unusual manner, the most popular man from the Northern Nigeria ever, President Muhammadu Buhari, who has consistently won over 12M votes as an individual before merging with Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu and other great politicians to form what is now called APC, has continued his special effects by causing a mammoth crowd to stand on the roof of houses, on the tree, etc just to have a glimpse of his presence.
With no special gifts to them, no direct money to share or loots to divide, millions of people especially of Hausa and Fulani extraction of the country have followed this man mysteriously.
President Muhammadu Buhari, who on Monday, arrived Jigawa State for his two-day working visit pulled a great crowd in the state.
The visit which was initially scheduled for 7th May, was postponed because the President went to London to keep an appointment with his doctor.
The President is expected to commission projects as well as attend a state dinner.
Also, the President will also inaugurate the revived dairy products processing company in Birnin Kudu as well as commission one of the 80 newly constructed health care facilities in the state.
Buhari, during the visit, will also flag-off the operations of the state social committee which was recently established by law.
Governor Muhammad Badaru of Jigawa had stated that under the law, each of the 287 polling units across the state will receive a token of between N50, 000, and N100, 000, monthly as stipends to rehabilitate critical infrastructure including health care, education and other facilities in the area.
